When sending components to us for repair and maintenance work, please note the following guidelines:

• Contaminated components – whether radioactive, chemical, microbiological, etc. – have to be decontaminated prior to transport in accordance with the radiation protection and/or hazardous material regulations.
• We can only perform a repair and/or maintenance if you have enclosed a completely filled out "Declaration of Contamination of Devices and Components" with the delivery. For this purpose, you can download the appropriate form from this site.

Please refer to the transport instructions of the respective manufacturers. The transport of special components is only permitted in the original shipping container.
